Winmo’s 2020 Product Enhancements

In 2020, Winmo introduced several product enhancements including NAICS code company search, Microsoft Dynamics export, sponsorship data across major sports leagues, DRTV insights via IMS Media Analytics, the WinMore podcast, and GumGum arena brand placement integration, while planning future additions like Bombora B2B intent data and Crystal Knows personality insights to improve targeted sales and marketing efforts.

Although the first half of 2020 has been unpredictable, Winmo's product development team has continued to deliver enhancements. Here are the 2020 product enhancements and newest releases, along with a preview of what's to come.

January

Search companies by NAICS code: Within the Advanced Search option, users can now find a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) drop-down option. This feature allows for faster, more customized company results.

February

Export to Microsoft Dynamics: Microsoft Dynamics has been added to the list of CRM platforms compatible with Winmo, providing more export options.

Sponsorship partner data: Data is now included across five major sports leagues – NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, and NHL. Users can find brands and companies with sponsorships in place for each league, team, and season.

Direct response TV insights: With IMS Media Analytics, DRTV insights are now available. Users can discover what brands are spending in the DRTV space and the types of campaigns they are running.

WinMore podcast: Hosted by John Zaldonis and Joe Winter, the WinMore podcast provides insights, details, and key contacts for new business opportunities weekly, based on WinmoEdge’s latest stories.

Find sponsorship placement with GumGum: In addition to team brand partnership information, the GumGum integration showcases actual brand placements in a team’s arena.


Looking ahead, Winmo is planning further enhancements and integrations:

  • Addition of B2B intent data with Bombora, allowing users to learn when prospects are most likely to start researching new tools and services based on their search patterns.
  • Integration of detailed personality information through Crystal Knows’ Playbooks, providing brand-specific breakdowns that allow sales teams to present personality insights of a company or individual concisely.
